    ph is good

ammonia is my worry, should be 0, anything above 0.25 is not good

Add prime and don't waste time with a water change

Waterchange and Seachem Prime/Stability sounds like a good idea.

Gotta say it's pretty damn unusual for a wrasse to get popeye. They're usually extremely disease resistant. Also makes me think ammonia spike...

The prob with a waterchnage and ammonia is that a ph shift can change nh4 and nh3 levels

I don't recommend a water change unless ph is exactly the same, yes there is good chance for recovery
