Hi guys please help me I'D this. Never seen this before in a tank and don't think going to be putting my hands in there soon.

Please advise if this is good or bad. Should I remove it or not.

    Thank you

    Nice big flatworm

If it is still in your tank, I doubt you will find it again, they camouflage into the rocks just too easy.

We found one in a small nano, only to rediscover it months later. Did not loose any corals. As fat as I know they are detritus feeders. When I did my tank reshape couple of weeks back, I found 3 in my main display. Moved them to a nano tank with corals and I do not see any issues. As far as I'm concerned, these are not an issue.

Note that they are very fragile. They die easily. Do not keep it in a tub with still standing water too long.

I doubt that Melevsreef got it right. I found 3 last month in my tank. I got a snails in there for ages.

All 3 were moved to the nano tank. There are some snails in there as well, mostly yellow ring cowries. So far all the snails are still there although I haven't seen these flatworms again. Their camouflage is very good. I only found them by accident when I re-scaped the tank.
