As you can see, this frag has the toothpick and elastic attachment method.

How long do I leave these attachments ?

OK it is been 4 weeks.

The elastic is easy, do i remove the tooth pick ?

look at the base of your softy, if it has started to spread or build a foot it is safe to remove. you will notice that it starts to fill in the roughness of the liverock with its new foot.but no hurry but four weeks should be enough
