Pincusion fragging - before & after

Here are pics of before and after I fragged my pincusion. It was my first frag session.

Had to frag it, it was shading my metallic star pollyps.

yip, you can cut its head right off and it will re grow it again:yeahdude:

So if you cut its head off it will grow back, but would the head that was removed continue to grow or die?

the head that was removed will grow and so will the stalk grow a need head.

done it to two of my sisters ones, now she's happy as her tank looks fuller

easy guys to frag and they are fast growers.fragged mines a few times and its amazing how fast they grow

dont you have a pin cushion?
if you do give it a go, just cut a small piece. it gets fun then you realise you got 20 odd frags

I've got a "pin cushion" but not the normal type, mine doesn't have the little "pollyp" at the end of the "tenticle". just has the "tenticle"

lIghty - that looks like a lobophytum coral - family of the pincushion, but not a pincushion in true sence of the word...
