    Can i uses NP-reducing biopellets in a phosphate reactor

    yes you can, i use them, and carbon and any other pellet or additive that will fit in there

    I tried putting purigen in a phosphate reactor once and all the pellets were pushed out because they were too light. Test it first before putting it in your tank.

    U can also put the media in a stocking if its small or light.

    hey, could I put phosphate remover in a FW canister filter? This should work right? :)

    Not purigen though. The purigen still escapes the stocking! I'd get the bag that seachem makes specifically for the purigen rather!

    Yup. I'm doing the same thing with a baby eheim canister filter. Works like a charm.

    guys do i have to remove the sponge that the reactor comes with in order to get the NP-reducing biopellets working properly

    yes please remove the sponge unless u want to clean it weekly
