was gonna be a 400W 20k but now its 1 250w 20k and 2 X 150W 14k's, but still very un - decided!! very open to sugestions...

I reckon if you want to go big you would have to go with 4 halides to cover each corner. That's the one downfall of the centre overflow.

4 x 250W 14k's would be first prize with a couple of actinic T5's thrown in for dawn / dusk, although not entirely necessary.

If you turn them on all at once, Joberg will go dark

400w is very powerful dude, i think that the one 250w 14,000k with actinics would be sufficient to light your whole tank.
