    i dont think so as when all DOC are pulled out the skimmers will simply not skim.. all you are doing is pulling out waste a little quicker at an extra electricity cost :)

    Naa, that's sufficient dude, its the same as having 1 big skimmer lol, but like they said it gna eat elec cost, that's about it, oh an the skimmer 1st in line will skim most out b4 getting to second 1

    Well they both seem to be pulling
    Just running the ts2 in for my 600l thats on its way..

    I think one skimmer will be enough. Keep one and flog the other

    I do not like the skimmer standing on the DSB. You are limiting the footprint or available area for bacteria to do their work. So either lift the skimmer up even more, or move it to first chamber. Else only use the hang on skimmer.
