Overflow Plumbing

Hi guys, where can I buy the blue color pvc pipe for building a overflow,
I went to Builders warehouse and nothing there.

There is a plumbing place next to Sterlig, but I forget the name now.
They on the left when you on Ontdekkers road coming from Westgate side just before Aquaria-SA

The blue colour pipes are irrigation pipes
I know stewards and loyds use to have them
But that was a few years ago while I was still living there
