    Hi

I want to know what the recommended or in your opinion the ideal size for the comb openings in an oveflow comb must be.

What do you think should measurements of A, B and C be?

    Thanks

BTW I am going to use 10mm plexiglass to make the comb from and it will be 1,9m long. It will also be the front panel of my C2C overflow.

Not too good with the numbers:
    A: depends on water height
B: Wide enough to let water pass through and not any fish
C: Could be any thickness depending on how many slits you want.

    Just my 2c

Will something like this work. A strip of acrylic and instead of teeth, I cut a couple of horizontal gaps in the strip, say each 4mm high and 300mm wide.

I would then say have 9 of these gaps for the water to overflow through.
What do you think or whar dimensions do you recommend?

    Thanks

I would say the comb is better as this design will clog up much quicker

your last design will not work. If water surface is at the top of the slot, it will not clear the gunk from the surface.
