Started using them again a week ago and already getting amazing growth.

Yes, they are slow release aminos. 1 block per 100L in the sump and replace once a month. Super easy. No daily dosing.

Mine seem to shrink slightly. Kinda like they had dehydrated.

They don't dissolve fully. Just need to take the old ones out and replace with new ones once a month.

If you're in CT you can just check with your LFS but there are online shops that ship all over as well.

so you would suggest trying it ? at the moment i have a LPS dominated tank so i think it will be cool
