Hi about 2 weeks ago I added in an orange sponge, when we purchased it had like a slimy red Algea growing all over it.

This seams to have spread to a lot of our existing coral which are not looking healthy like they used too.

Please advise what this is, and is it normal or the sponge to have it on it.
    TIA.

It's not normal for a sponge to have that.
Has the sponge died at all since adding it to your tank?

Only other thing that is different in the tank is that I added in a pellet reactor.
