Nudi, but do not know which one.
But most nudi's are specialist eaters, only eat one thing and that think only. Else they starve to death. When last did you add anything where he could have been on to the tank?
If more than a month ago, then it means he is getting food in your tank. So either it is something you do not mind, or it is something that you want. Most likely something you want but had not notice yet.

If you see him again, sump him, untill you get a proper ID. So that you can find him easy.

Had one of these, came on a piece of rock, unfortunately, like Riaan said, they will starve to death if you cannot figure out what to feed them....

Well, as its stated on your link, it might have finished its food source and are now out prowling for more. Pity if it is the case and it did run out of sponges. So just check it...

    Found this on wiki ..
    "Feeding
Most nudibranchs are carnivorous. Some feed on sponges, others on hydroids, others on bryozoans, and some eat other sea slugs, or, on some occasions, are cannibals and prey on members of their own species. Other groups feed on tunicates, barnacles, or anemones."
