its tough to find a genuine english bloke in a dugout! :)

wqeve had a really crap summer so far, two days of real sun the rest has been over cast and windy.

But i do love the way you guys call that light covering of frozen water snow :)

chickaboo i used to own a farm on the freestate side of those mountains and would then take a horse for three days over the mountains and fish on swartwater which was a great still water trout lake above putti. but then they stopped looking after it so its gone down in recent days but from age 4 till 24 i hammered fish in the deep clear waters :)

Those pics remind me of a "Warm" winter day here. It is not unsual here to get one foot of snow over night, and then have it turn bitter cold, like 20 degrees F below zero, and stay that way for a week.

hmmmm whats 20 f in propper temp?

oh never mind i'll go convert it :)

im putting in underfloor heating with the tank simply to keep the tem in that room a little more constant in winter.

norway was once described as suffering a 10 month disease called winter:)
