    hi and welcome!

if i maybe upfront and forward, if you are a novice, cuttle fish are not the place to start, they will need expert care, and expert equipment.
I would start off with something more easier like fish and soft corals

For the protein skimmer, it depends on what type of tank you will have and what size the tank will be ( How many liters) are you going to include a sump, if you dont want a sump then you will need a skimmer that hangs on the back of the tank hang on the back filter will cost from 1500 to 2500 for less than 500 liters check out the sponsor fourms and drop a pm to the nearest LFS

    Hi and :welcometomasa2: to MASA

you will be the first guy on masa that I know that keeps jellyfish and cuttlefish ... I have absolutely no advise on how to go about as I have no experience at all with such but from what I've read those species are very difficult to keep and also will require very large tank especially for the cuttlefish . if you have difficulties getting basic equipment where you stay I wouldn't recommend going into something that is too demanding .

what tank size are you planing on having. do you have any equipment already
