Imo, you can go either the chemical route (No pox etc) or you take the longer (beter) natural one. Check the quantity of your feeding, or do something like an algae scrubber to compensate for it. It's a long process, but worth your while.

NO3 is a bit high, but not in a dangerous zone yet.
    How is you LS acting?

Your PO4 reading explain the algae.

Do a 20% water change and start using orca bio cubes.
Should bring your NO3 down to 0 in 3 -4 weeks.

The red sea No3PO4X is a great product, but keep below the recommended dosage and place a air stone in your sump!!!! This is not a permanent solution.

    What is your water volume?

Also start upgrading your test kits, I had the entire sera range and found them to be off by some margin! Not saying they are bad, just not accurate in my opinion.

Star polyps not opening fully and fish are fine. My torch is great and mushrooms not as big as they could be.
Where could I get the bio cubes?

Thanks, do weekly 10 -15% water changes.
Get the small tub of orca cubes, will be perfect for your tank.

If you use NoPoX make super sure you run a air stone!
Fantastic product, but will suck oxygen out of your tank.
I wiped by small cube by not following the instructions.

Remember this takes time, there is no quick 24h fix!
