Mmmmm, not sure why not give them a call on 011 467 6948, talk to either Bryan, Duanne or Justin, they will be able to help out!

yeah, pretty effect. Why do you want to use it, that's the first question you need to ask yourself, maybe your NO3 and PO4 numbers can be fixed without adding anything? Do you have very high numbers? If you have tried all avenues, then give it a bash. I personally had better results by using Orca Bio Cubes, @bryan (jungle aquatics) also stock them. NO3 PO4-X, brought my level down to about 4ppm, but Orca really brought them down even further. However, it's not a silver bullet, you still need to care for your tank and good husbandry skills are very NB too.

I do weekly water changes and my phosphates and nitrates are still high.don't need it that low as it is a softie and lps tank.just don't like the look of brown rocks any having to clean the glass so often

Well, give Orca Bio Cubes a try, a little more expensive than NO3PO4-X, but worth every cent, if price is an issue then go NO3PO4-X.

Nope, place in bag supplied, use the bomb method, air stone underneath the bag in a high flow area.

Depends how high your NO3 is sitting at, then you work from there.
