I saw some tanks with artificial coral before it all depends on what your plan for the tank

But adding rock and sand after your tank did cycling and you have fish in won't be a good plan In my own opinion

I'm not doing to much with that tank. Maybe one more fish and that's it for this one.

This tank is the one I'm turning Coral.
