Hi everyone, new member here!I'm currently setting up a new marine tank 1.550x450x650mm.Im very excited but very patient as there are so many opinions and advice given that i have been cautiosly optomistic about jumping in and getting started. My equipment are new and as follows,3500lt up lift pump,nw 200/6540 reef octopus skimmer, eheim 300w heater ,1200mm sump, salinity tester, digital thermometre and 2 off 12000ltr phr double head sun sun power heads and some drums for water transport.I think thats all so wish me luck!oh just for the record I have purchased no test kits yet, temporary Budget constrants.

Welcome man! What are you planning on stocking? Equipment seems good so far. What will be the system volume?

Hi and welcome to MASA, patience is a good thing to have with a marine aquarium, an automatic top up for RO water is very important to keep your salinity constant, and, with safety features, keeps you from having disasters, like over filling of fresh water, cheers Anita

welcome. You will want to add coral sometime sooner or later unless you want to go for a predator tank. but corals are addictive.
