I have a 2 foot sump, with a protein skimmer, bioballs, ceramic rings, and that bottom stuff. I however do daily water changes. (2litres) its the best I have heard about. My nitrates and nitrites are 0 :) In my sump I also have the Elite Plus, as well as a phosphate remover.

I do want an anemone at some point. I know they flipping hard to keep. I am getting the Illuminux LED from vortex. So that lighting will be sufficient. I will wait another month or so after I have installed the LED's though

that lighting unit will do great for the corals in there, good upgrade.

on the nennie, they are advanced care of magical creatures territory and there is lots written about them. possibly the biggest constraint with nennies is that they need well matured stable systems and that generally doesnt happen for a year or more. Hold out and dont get a nennie untill your tank and your knoweldge is ready as they are just not worth rushing into. Hold off :)

Awesome, thanx crispen. :) Trying to get my tang to eat algae sheets. But he does well with the frozen food, and nipping away at the rocks. Using an elastic band on a rock method. So will see after a week or so. Im thinking of getting a regal at some point. But I know they are white spot magnets. So would like to do it properly. Iv got white spot meds, as well as stress guard, and garlic from seachem. So I probably will just have to hold thumbs.

@Wes Just been reading up on the net. Saying that they need well established tanks. I know my parameters are good. But that means nothing.
