    Hi All,

My name is Ernst and I'm a fish addict.

I am not new to fish keeing at all but ner to the marine side. I hail from Randburg and have been active on the TASA and APSA forums.

I currently have 60L planted tank and another ADA Mini M in the planing.

My girlfriend has told me that she wants a "nemo" tank, So I decided to give marine a go and giver a "nemo" tank. :tt2:

    Now on for my questions....

    1. What petshop can you guys recommend as she lives in Gordonsbay. She doesnt really want to travel far for the shop.
    2. It needs to be a nano as she does not want a big tank. I was thinking perhaps like a 40L or so with 3 clownfish in there. Would that be ok?
    3. It needs to be easilly maintained as she is not quite good with keepign things alive appart from her cats :p
    4. Which leads to this one... It needs to be coverred to that the 2 cats dont decide to go fishing...
    5. I guess I will need to do the maintenance once a month when I visit her in Capte town.

So, pelase any adive and suggestions would be highly appreciated to allwo for a safe and enjoyable journey for myselg, the girlfriend and the fish.

    Later,
    Ernst

I would go for a TL550 small self contained an ideal for nemos

lol that's not encouraging  Sounds great that you keen to setup a tank for your girlfriend. My advise would be to read up or ask your gf to read up on all the starting up threads in the beginners forum on here. This hobby can be nice and easy to enjoy, or it can be end up going downhill, depending on how much info you have on starting up a tank ;)

    Hope it works out great!
