Started the new tank today, starfire glass, viewable from 3 sides. Just need the bracing, overflow and sump finished.

Yup, going SPS but not BB. Tank is 1.2m x 800 x 600 so got nice width to work with. Deltec AP600 skimmer.

Tank looks neat. The phots mmake the lights look longer than the tank. I assume this is not so.

your skimmer is the same volume as your tank, i would have the skimmer twice as big or bigger. eg AP701 this will let you have much higher stocking load.

Your tank will look awsome!

I got the skimmer when the tank was gonna be 1m x 800 x 600. Will have to make do for now. Will add another if necessary. Light unit is the same length as the tank. Mekaeel, I like my hermits too much:)

This is the tank that inspired the shape of mine. Love the look of the substrate. It will be more work to keep clean but prefer it.

Would love to give the owner credit but don't know where I found it.

go with some CaribSea sub that will cut on your work and help your tank in many ways.
