So I have already had a warm welcome by all the guys (Thanks for that guys :) ) I have just put together my tank and have got water from the ocean. The water in my tank and sump is extremely milky. Is this natural? I have attached pictures to see. Please tell me exactly what I must do from here? Cycle the tank? I have a ts2 skimmer can I use it? Please help me guys?

Milkiness should settle in a day or 2.
    And yes, use the skimmer.

I have been running my skimmer for about a day now and my tank has cleared considerably. Im putting special blend into my tank to try and encourage bacterial growth. I have made my dsb out of only aragonite and dont know how long to wait before I will see anything happen in there. Am I doing things correctly or incorrectly?

It will take a while before you see anything happen with the DSB.

Don't you need to add something for the bacteria to chow on? Like a piece of fish/etc?
