New Tank - Help Needed

I have a 1800l/h powerhead and a Seio M820. I have another power head, should I add it aswell?
 
Yes, I would definitely add it, try and point the powerheads towards one another if you can to create some random turbulent waterflow, also try and get some more Live Rock in the tank, 14kg's is too little in my opinion for a 250 litre tank.

What about those green things (what do you call them) on the LR that does not want to open up properly like they used to do. Do you know what might be the problem.
 
They look like majano or manjano anemone's to me, considered to be a very invasive pest that can spread throughout your aquarium rather rapidly, apparently can pack quite a sting and damage or kill other corals that it comes into contact with.
