    looks cool
Are you able to get that sump in? Seeing that you already have those 2 wooden pillars in front. Or will you drain the tank, move it forward and fit the sump from the back.

I will make the return chamber smaller and RO chamber bigger.

    Thats the problem.
I have to drain the tank and remove it to put the new sump in from the top.
So if I do this now it has to be final because I cannot do this again.
This is only n rough sketch, I also think the RO chamber should be little bigger.

    Do you know Google SketchUp.
Its free, just download, install and start designing.

If you have an ATU in place, then the return chamber should be just big enough to fit your return pump. And if you want some carbon or phosphate reactors later, to be able to fit their feed pumps. About 150mm wide is enough. For more future equipment, maybe 200mm.

skimmer chamber, depends on your skimmer. About 250mm.

RO chamber. Not sure of your sump size, but lets assume 500 wide by 1500mm. RO chamber of 200mm and at depth of 400mm will give you holding capacity of 40L. 250mm wide increases to 50L.

    So whats left, 1500 - 150 - 250 - 200. Give you DSB length of 900mm. That is a nice size DSB. 900 by 500.

Just correct all the above measurement to the actual numbers.

    Looks good.
    Sand should be around 150mm.

What is that part above the DSB? Looks like a lot of little containers?

Its the only Skimmer I could find when I did my setup in the beginning..
I will get enother skimmer eventually but that will have to work for now.
It is small compartments. It's for my carbonit and purigen and so on.
Its regulated with n bal valve from my return pump so the water flows slowly through these compartments.
