New Skimmer help

Hi all

I have a major challenge. I have a 1200L system with a TS1 currently running it
I have no bioload so... it is ok... But I will shortly need to get rid of my TS1 and look at a skimmer.

I have one requirement - it must be in my sump. Do not want is standing in my lounge... My clearances underneath my tank are as follows. 54cm height and allowed footprint is 58cmx24cm.

Any suggestions...

I was thinking even a DIY skimmer ?

Guys? any advise ?

Have a look at this pic and you will see my dilemma. I do not want a skimmer to stick out in my lounge And space around it is tight !
