    :welcometomasa2:to MASA..tell us a bit about you'r Nano Set-up..you can start a Thread in the "Members Set-up"..would love to know how long have you had it, lights, livestock... and then the all important PICTURES...:biggrin:..we LOVE pictures...

    That will probably be green hair algae..how about some pic's and info..how long is it running...what lighting do you have..how long do you run you'r lights for.....what pumps(flow)..etc...are you cycling or have you had it a while..please give spec's of the Tank so we can be better in a better position to help you...

    Hi its a 55l nano with about 5kg live rock live sand 2 clown fish,damsel and a bleeny zoa frag ,zanthids ,star polyps frag and brain coral

    yip GHA. You need some phosphate remover like seachem phosguard, ROWAPhos etc

    If this tank is new dont sweat the algae too much as this does tend to happen in most new systems, keep an eye on the nutrients ie your nitrate and phosphate.

    thanks alan got water tested no nitrates salinity fine alkanity fine phosphates high did water change and changed phosguard
