Hello everyone I've always be fascinated by the beauti of marine aquariums. I've had tropical fishes for many years. I'm a young enthusiast that wants to start breeding with marine live stock and I need some assistance with this. I know you need permits and all kind of rules and regulations. Can anyone possibly assist me with this. Would be appreciated

    Thank you so much
    Regards

    Hi Eben, welcome to MASA!!!

I would suggest you first start up a tank and learn the ropes.

Breading marines are not as easy as you might think.

Best of luck with your journey.

yip, its not that simple. It is a totally different arena than freshwater. Need to learn a lot first before you would be able to breed marines.

    Good luck with your journey.

    Welcome to the forum

As mentioned, get a marine tank up and running first.

Once you have aced that then look at breeding.

Marine is a whole new ball game compared to fresh water tanks.

Marine tanks separate the boys from the men:m12:

Well, it's been said already, but keeping marines is a different story than tropical, let alone breeding them. That's a whole different story all together. Even advanced marine keepers find it difficult sometimes.

Rather start with a marine tank and learn whatever you can. Marines take very long to establish a point where you can say you're now confident enough to move forward. I have years of experience in marines, but still learn daily on this forum.

Never be afraid to ask a stupid question, there's no such thing.
