That fish is extremely thin. What are you feeding it?

What hydrogen sulphide problem did you have?

Believe me its not thin I think its the way its the pic was taken I feed the chromis flakes and it eats it before they can and i throw in someocean nutrition pellets for him and his chowing down man.I was told to give some "wet food" like mussels grated but will do in the week. Will the normal sand mussel work or must it be the black rock mussel.I find the sand mussel have more meat.

The sulfide problem I explained in another thread.Whas told by another guy to put in abit of magnesium but will test agian in the week

How are you testing for hydrogen sulphide?
Can you post another pic of the fish? It should eat either mussel.

I dont see how magnesium will lower hyrdrogen sulphide. The build up of hudrogen sulphide is usually caused by an imbalance of bacteria and too little oxygen.
Dont dose magnesium unless you are testing for it.

Doesn't hydrogen sulphate smell like rotten egg? If u have H2S in you tank, your nitrates ect will be elevated, because H2S results in the bacterial breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen, thus,it means that stuff is dying in ur tank, resulting in a ammonia spike.
