Some of you guys know about my unsuccessful collecting trip to the Eastern Cape.Well my wife was feeling bad about it so she picked this little guy for me when she was up in Gauteng a few days back.

It`s the Blue Ring Angel.I did some research first and it seems they are one of the easy angels to keep.I am always trying to avoid problems by only choosing livestock which have a good track record.

Not to worried as I have mostly SPS corals now. It`s most welcome to nip at the polyps and other things they all seem quite boring now.

Cavin the little guy is so small I there is not much that he is able to bite off at the moment.Hopefully he will behave himself in the future.

You guys can see from the above pic that the polyps only open half way because the angel is always picking on them.
