hey guys i have purchased a kenya tree which is not wedged into any platform. I need some advice on ways to secure it on a rock so that after some time it will catch on. Glue? if so which one and how?

    Thanks
    Cheers

glue will not work, use a tooth pick and run it through the base and secure the pick to the rock, should stick to the rock in 2-3 weeks

Well the quickset putty should work fine, most hardware stores stock it

i use rubber bands when fragging my sinularia, once it is stuck to the rock there is no putty that might spoil the look

Ye , don't use putty. . . Branching soft coral won't adhere to the rock with putty. . . Just elastics

    I did this:

Got a nice rock , size of my hand... drilled a hole in it, size of the trunk of the coral, in my case it was a hammer. Anyway , stuck the trunk into the hole and used putty to secure it. Not sure of it will work on a softy, but just an idea
