Need quick help food choice

k i am going to the shops today and i need to know what is the best food for SPS.
warr gave me a name but i have forgotten it. PMSED him but be is not online
If anyone knows what food warr was talking about even better. ie what he uses bonus.

I feed my corals Kent's Max products, but guys please be careful, this is a highly concentrated form of Zoo and Phytoplankton and must be used with caution.

This will effect your water parameters negatively badly.

I have learnt to use half the suggested dosing and alternate every other day. Feed just after lights out.

For the last few months,I've been using NOTHING, just feeding my fish 3 times a day, and all of my SPS are doing well, still growing,still showing off colour.(Fish Poo= Food for corals)
Previously i used alot of products from the Korallen Zucht range but still achieving the same results without it.
