Hey guys,

So I finally got to go and check out my tank today and it's looking goooood :peroni:

Tank is 800 x 500 x 500

Just needs corner overflow drilled and made up.

Stand is busy being made and I've asked for a bar to be welded up the back and over the tank to hang the Intellisun Unit I will be getting onto.

Sump is also being made.

I've ordered the Reeftek TS1 skimmer for it.

Some pics so far :

Woohoo! It is looking great, can't wait to see the finished product
Keep them pictures coming!

What sort of overflow are you going to be using? Are they still going to be drilling the tank?

Small update :

Ordered -
Jebao WP25 wavemaker
Red Devil D4000 Return Pump
MS ATC Refractometer
MicroBLift Special Blend
Seachem Reef Salt
A couple filter socks

Will hopefully be collecting from @Andre@ReefAquatics on Friday.

Also bought Aragonite from @flappy.

Still hoping to get my tank/sump and skimmer on Saturday.

All I need is some LR and some LBR then to scape and get the cycle started

As you can probably figure out I will be cycling without lights, will be getting lighting end of next month.

Will post pics of the setup this weekend hopefully

:peroni:

Thanks I appreciate it but I want to prevent algae growth during the cycling process anyway. Im sure there wont be too much to look at anyway :D

I said the same thing when I started my system. Eventually found myself staring at rocks every night inspecting every growth on it for the entire duration of the cycle!
