My return pump was off for about 15hour on saturday, in the evening he was just sitting in his cave like he normally does and this morning he is lying on the substrate sideways, it seems like he trying to swim but doesn't seem to have any bouyance.

The rest off the fish are all fine and swimming around happy.

    Anyone have some idea's?

Maybe an issue with the swim bladder. Does it have any areas that are swollen or any other symptoms?

May be constipated and/or have swimbladder disease. Some people try high fibre foods to relieve this and medicate with antibiotics. Do you have a QT tank? If a parasite is causing the stringy poop then metronidazole is the best bet.

Ok got home finally, he's still alive at least. but not doing well, noticed inside the gills is kind of dark red. Don't think it's constipation he had some poo hanging out now. so i think it may be the swim bladder so would metro be the best thing to try?

Try dosing Prodibio Bacteria and Fungi in the QT tank according to the instructions on the bottle. If its eating then soak some food with Metronidazol.
