Lean unless brine is enriched (UFA) , or freshly hatched there is almost no nutritional value

Defost a couple peas and mush them up, add a little at a time.

He is very thin, not looking good at all!

That fish most likely has worms. It will need a B12 shot and a force feed with a bit of Baytril. And it need it soon

Nemos janitor is correct a dewormer and feeding of nori soaked in vitamins and omega 3 oil are needed at least 3 times a day for this fish it is perhaps too thin but if it eats it may survive, as a dewormer use nemarid(levasimole) or baytril soaked in flake food or nori for it.This fish needs a diet heavy in vegetable matter but because of it's muscle wastage it needs protein too so try get it to eat pellets with high protein and high fat diet but you must deworm it for at least 3 days in the food.

Some of these small nasos simply refuse to eat.
Hope your guy starts before its too late.
Is it even pecking on the live rock and algae in the tank?

Unfortunatly if a fish is this far gone it very seldom pulls through, it is especially difficult if it shows no signs of natural behaviour like picking at the rocks.
Take a piece of banana and a small piece of rock and mush the banana onto the rock and place that back in the tank, its the smell that often gets them going again. Good luck with this.

It is best to give it a B12 injection first. This sometimes gets them eating. If not then you may have to resort to force feeding.

    How does one do that?

I'm imagining this fish swimming round the tank dragging an IV line and bag behind it:p

    Guys,

Also bare in mind that the fish may have Tuberculosis.

I have read fish do also present these symptoms when suffering from this ?
