    Hi there

What began as a birthday present for my 8 yr old turned into mum's 'chore'. Being brand new to the marine world, I had no idea what terms cycling, dripping, maintenance or clean up crew meant in the world of reef keeping. So now I have a little 40l tank with 3kg liverock and stocked with a clown, damsel and pyjama cardinal. I have a few mushrooms and a colony of green zoanthids. Besides one or two stomatella 'snails', there are no invertabrates though I would like to get some soon. So besides the occassional post here and there, I will prob be quiet and just observe the good info that Ive found on this site especially for newbies like me. :)

it sounds like you have a good handle on things at the moment, well done. why not post a pic and lets see if we can make some suggestions for you. A good CUC would be a very good idea though.
