And not by any of my fish.
    No!:cursing:

So I'm doing a water change today.
Decide to completely strip the frag tank, remove everything, to give it a complete siphon. I drop the coral in the sump but put some zoas ( attached to 2 big mussels) outside, so I can separate them and remount them on coral frags.

Finish the water change, go outside, my zoas are gone.
Eventually find them and the mussels all chewed up on my lawn.
The damn bull mastiff decided to snack on them.:1rolleyes:.

Luckily, they are all local, and it wasn't my rainbow collection.
    :wacky:
    Who would have thought ...
    :1confused:

We breed them tough down here.
On a side note, a few months ago I'm at the beach and my 5 year old decides to play with the sponges and zoas in a pool. That night there was big drama, her complaining bitterly how sore her fingers were, obviously from the poison of the zoas

You laugh, it ignored its bowl of pellets, rice, mince etc and stole the zoas and mussels instead. probably just gave them a chew and did not swallow, hence still okay.

In future, I'll be a bit more careful with the zoas, they look so harmless, but clearly pack a lethal punch.
