That looks like a descend upgrade. Lots of work still to be done.
    Enjoy.

lovely upgrade, thats going to be a great tank once you have it going.

    a few thoughts though.....
Are u going to put woodwork around the tank (i would) and if you do id build a pannel to hide the overflow as that will detract from the tank.

Is the maskingtape to show the sump? if so I would seriously suggest making it a bit wider and longer and i would suggest adding in an RO chamber for auto top ups. Also with it being on a stand raised up like that you will loose some space height wise so make sure that you calculate the overflow requirements carefully to take a power outage and compensate in width if you cant do it in height. You wont want the sump that deep as that will make it difficult to get your hands into the sump to work on things like skimmers, reactors etc.

such a pretty skimmer :)Personally i would have gone 250i on that size tank though. Just a point, you will see that there is a min water line marked on the skimmer. i have mine set slightly deeper than is recomended (i stuffed up the stand!) so you will have to lift the skimmer in the sump. an egg crate stand will work fine:)

those were my thoughts exactly on the skimmer but I am a poor student and was lucky enough to get the powercone at all. The sump will be my 1.2, hopefully it will work alright otherwise will have to have another one built or something
