That "white" anemone is bleached. It has expelled the zooanthellae. Do you feed it regularly?
If an anemone is unhappy, it will move around and might get caught in the flow pump which will damage him.
Having two anemones in such a small tank is also not recommended. How long has the tank been running?

Sorry to hammer you with all these questions, only worrying about the nennies well being :)

hi Tobes :) the "white" nennie is light lemon colour - bought it like that, it has stayed in that spot for a month and a half, both nennies seem to be fine they dont move around. have the tank since June. w.r.t. feeding, i feed the fish etc twice a day in the mornings i give them flakes and pellets and in the evening i feed them artemia or marine mix. i'm not a pro marine but everything seems to be going fine. only had two fatalities :( the clown fish harrassed a smaller african clown i put in and one other fish got caught in the nennie was almost "swallowed" by it, might still have those pics, if i find em will upload them.

I mean do you feed the "white" nennie? He will need meaty foods at least every second day to regain his colour in time - hake or shrimp meat, +-6mm pieces. Even though you bought it like that, it is not healthy.
It is advised to only add a nennie in a tank that has matured for 9-12 months as they need stable water parameters.
Having them sitting in one place for a month and a half is not guaranteed happiness of the nennie. They live in the ocean for hundreds of years. I remember JacquesB's nennie moved after sitting in one place for 3 years or something like that. It got chopped by his pumps and he lost everything in the tank.
The lights in that tank might also not be strong enough for an anemone.

Fully agree with Tobes here and must add 2 nennies in a tank that size is also going to cause problems long term.
Besides the nennies, your tank is looking in fine shape, well done.
