after some hard work this is how my tank looks after 2 months. Just one fish (saved from frying pan) that i caught on one of my angling trips.

Hiralall - tank and scaping is looking good. Only thing I would want to suggest - perhaps remove the backing on the tank......

I have used black building plastic, which I taped to the top, sides and bottom of my tank..... Go to Builder's Warehouse, and ask for black building plastic.... around R80 for a HUGE sheet..... Cut to size.... ;)

    Or, paint it..... VelvaGlo...

Or, alternatively, BLACK ABS plastic sheeting, from Maizey's...

Great start there! looking good!!!

Are you using another temperature monitoring device other than the stick on type on the glass on the front of your tank? These are really not accurate..as they tend to pick up out side temp as opposed to the temp inside the tank! I have had 1st hand experience with mine being wrong...iether a degree or 2 out iether way!:(

Looks like your off to a good start

Just one observation some of the rocks (the ones with the rubber bands in the foreground) looks very dense and thus wont add to your filtration
