Now reefers like we all know this hobbie demands patients and as you know it all takes time to reach perfection….
Setting up my Aquaria 2m Aquarium…
[IMG] Unpacked the boxes and there we go. What an awesome looking Aquarium…
    [IMG] [IMG]
What makes this Aquarium so nice is the neat finishes and the complete idea of a plug and play system is so user friendly.
Had to do a test to make sure there was no leaks as didn’t want to set up in the house only to find a leak or two…..but no problems found …100% in order time to move it to the lounge and start setting up…lots of work and time went into the setting up and the Aqua scapeing of my Aquarium…
    And… here was the result…[IMG]
now see how nice it fits in , got to say it again its really nicely finished. [IMG]
Here is a quick peep at the filtration in my Aquaria 2m Aquarium
    [IMG] [IMG]
    [IMG][IMG]
    And my Aqua Scapeing…[IMG][IMG]
well now it was time to start waiting and deciding what to put in……hmm decisions decisions….
Anyway reefers so I ran the system as I should and waited for the cycle to pass…went through all the different stages and I’m happy to now show you all the result of doing things properly and with care and not forgetting using a really nice plug and play system….AND DON’T FORGET This Hobby demands patience…and a lot of it….

    My Aquaria 2m Aquarium

    Hi there Fellow MASA Reefers
Thank you for all your nice complements. Yes I do take pride and care with my Aquarium and most of all I have had to have a lot of patience with the set up. My friend has been bugging me from the day I set up to post pic’s and join MASA but I held out till now as I only wanted to show everyone my set up once it had settled in and was running for a least 6 months..ok10 months LOL:lol:

    Mr Aquaria AABZ2000 2m Aquarium

    Hey there Reefers
I thought I should tell you what I do as far as maintaining my Aquarium ..:)
I spend at least 15 minuets a day doing general maintenance , I add Aquaria Kalkwasser everyday with RQ water as part of my top up , I feed my fish at least 2 to 3 times a day a mix of foods [ pellets ,flakes , peas [with there shells removed] Norry paper [green & brown]. I feed my corals at least once a week manually with a large syringe [ mix of finely chopped hake & prawn] and some times fine chopped Krill. I also feed the corals with Phyto- Plus A[9-50 microns] & B[3-7 microns]liquid reef food and Zoo plus[800 microns] reef food. Some of the corals feed at night so those ones are feed at night and the others in the day. The one thing I must say is my fish are always ready to eat …they very greedy. My family of Rose Bubble Anemones are feed once a week..I feed them Krill, prawn and hake…some times a fresh mussel. Some thing interesting don’t quite know if its good or bad I put in two Rose Bubble Anemones in the beginning …..I now have five ….they split but look great who knows if its good or bad thing!!!

    Very nice bru

GEEZ bru what a nice looking tank, cool looking fish and coral. It looks nice and mod. I'm new to salt water fish and I'm getting info together to start my first tank and so far this has been the nicest looking one I've seen. Where in Cape Town can I see one.
