no.there are others that have a higher par rating.lets see if anyone else can confirm what brands have high PAR ratings

The UV has nothing to do with the PAR rating. PAR (Photosynthetically Available Radiation) is the level of available light around the 4000K to 6500K mark. It is the usable light for photosynthesis.

UV occurs at a much higher K rating. Way above purple light. You can't even see it and it does not contribute to PAR.

I am not sure but well over 20 000K. Not even sure it has a K rating. UV stands for ultra violet, ie way past violet in the visible light spectrum which makes it invisible.

howzit people.was bored the other day so decide to make use of my DIY MH reflector.
firstly got the drill

secondly the reflector

first fitting drilled and bolted on

second one on

ha ha the bulb fits
