howzit guys.thought i'll share this pic with yourll.stainless steel reflectors for 3 more MH's i wanna add.

my dad works for nampak,so he got one of the guys to make it up,for mt MH's.awsome stuff

gonna try and modify it to fit in MH bulbs
150w or 250w, I think they will work nice if you can mod them

intersting glad to see someone still trying to pioneer a ahilide reflector despite all the setbacks.... keep going i may try follow....

i gave up hope finding decent reflectors,so thought this will be my best bet lol

im sure the metal works companys will make it up for you
It is not the reflector that dictates if you need a UV shield or not. It is the lamp. Most single ended lamps do not need. Most DE lamps do need.

on one of the other threads someone mentioned a DE is fine without a UV.its more like acclimitising your corals again
Don't take the chance, Single ended have a special glass that reduces UV dramatically.
With double ended you produce 100% uv so then you need coverglass.
