    starting with the tank size = 1600L X 550W X 600H water level @ 550

    stand 50 X 50 tube [800 high ]

will get the tank on Monday and also get stand back from Galvanizing

Make sure when you do you'r Sump that you made the Skimmer Chamber big enough to accomidate the "upgraded" Skimmer...it's my understanding that you look for twise the size...650L x 2 = 1300L ...that basically covers the "extra" fish or SPS you choose to get at a later stage...a type of "future proofing" so-to-speak..and if I'm not mistaken...if you want to go full SPS then you need a Skimmer that does a bit more than the "double"...as you'r water must be pristine..

    Hi Wes

That is a complete unit i do not know the make or model
it is just something i picked up on the way and thought that it would work perfect in a marine setup :yeahdude:it has 4 x 54W ballasts and use T5 tubes

I'm sure I read somewhere that taking LR from the ocean is illegal? I may be wrong though.
