My Harlequin Shrimp

    Here's some photo's of my latest addition.

    I've had him for 3 weeks. Eating nicely and wandering around.

    nice lookin shrimpy, what do u feed him? they eat starfish dont they?

    theyre definatly my favorite shrimps...dont they go through starfish like crazy?

    One cushion star a week. I have about 40 and they breeding. I'm will be trying to give him hake soon and see if takes to it.

    Yep they eat starfish had to take all my cushion stars out of my DT and put them in the sump

    Yep i've had that goby for ages!

    I must say the harlequin is very brave with all my tangs!

    how's it going with the shrimp? I have an asterina infestation and am thinking of getting one, but im not sure about after they eat all the stars.... hmmm.

    Does anyone know if a harlequin will chow a sand shifting star?

    @danimal, seeing you at the coast, you can always go down to the beach and collect some stars for it.

    I loved mine, he was always out and cleaned up my asteras brilliantly, pitty that stupid crab got him!

    awesome, will do that. at the beach pretty much every day anyway.

    anyone know if you can freeze the local starfish? will the harlequins eat frozen stars?
