Move or at least cover your plug point. Being that close to the sump theres a good chanvce it might get splashed.

Thanks guys. @459b Thanks for the suggestion! I am going out tomorrow to build a small cover box out of plastic. Thank you for making me aware of that potential hazard!

Really good start. Are you going to run a DSB? I see the Baffle Height is quite low which you have allocated for it.

I am running a DSB but I was told to put aragonite in the DSB and leave it there. I must be honest I have never really taken the time to go in depth about the DSB which I should have done before putting one in. I bought my sump with the baffles in there.

Ive added a link below with basic info before you decide on a plan of action,
Its important that you read about it as much as you can and understand the way it works ;)

That DSB is way too small for the size tank.

Rather check out NP pellets or Orca cobes.

You can add that aragonite in your sump to your display later, when the Cubes or pellets are active.

and sorry if my comment sounds harsh. Just trying to help.

    Update!!

So my tank has been running for a good 11 months now. During the course of the time I have moved to my own flat and changed a couple of things. Got another T5 so running 2 Dual T5's now and got a hammer coral a kenya tree. My pockets are so shallow because of rent and blah blah but I am getting there slowly while doing lots of research to ensure my tank matures over the time I have it.

Much appreciated @Mrclownynennie . That's what I am aiming for in the near future! Gonna push all the money I can into it as soon as I get my increase. Just a pity I don't have the fantastic corraline algae I had on the back before I moved house.

Hi All. Just thought I would do 1/3 of an update quickly while I have a short break. Since my last update the following has happened:
I moved again ... lol 2nd time in a year and a half
I spray painted the back of the tank black.
I got a Goniopora Stokesi which my small maroon loves (Which is doing extremely well even though I know it can go from awesome to dead in a matter of days)
I found my wrasse a new loving home
I have cleaned the glass in the front of the tank and done a nice water change to the tank

I am going to be posting some more pictures soon I just need to borrow my 13 year old step sisters R10000 "professional photography" camera to take a few amazeballing pics of the tank again.

My next step is to hopefully get a Scooter Blenny or a mandarin while @MonzZz7 sits and whines at me about how she wants a seahorse tank. She forgets it will eventually become my duty to feed and clean because she now wants a puppy or kitty.
