Wow.Excellent job. What material did you use? Aluminium?
used Alanod alimunium. must say from flood light to luminarc is a huge improvement. busy with my second one

Is it possible to give us some break down pictures on how you exactly built it, when building the second one? 
Will try to do that. really easy, just need some patience to do it.

what did you use to weld the reflector together?
not welded, its rivited
and how was that done?
Not sure what you mean? how its rivited - with a pop rivit gun.
just wondered how its actually done, i'm thinkin of setting up a frag farm in my sump soon and want to have a MH in there, maybe a 75 watt, so would love to save as much money as possible so DIY reflector sounds like an awesome project to add to my Skimmer project
