    used Alanod alimunium. must say from flood light to luminarc is a huge improvement. busy with my second one

    Not sure what you mean? how its rivited - with a pop rivit gun.

    just wondered how its actually done, i'm thinkin of setting up a frag farm in my sump soon and want to have a MH in there, maybe a 75 watt, so would love to save as much money as possible:) so DIY reflector sounds like an awesome project to add to my Skimmer project:)
