My DIY Phos Reactor

    So decided i needed a phosphate reactor.

    Excellent stuff - Where did you get that R.O filter from with the bigger inlet and outlet?
    Im sure this will work with carbon and N.P pellets aswell!

    Yep thats what i'm aiming at.

    I want to just try get rid of my algae at this moment. Once thats all gone i'm going to try the NP Pellets.

    Nice Deon. What mods did you have to do to it? Looks like a 25mm PVC pipe in there?

    Might be the 15mm outlet. I just use what fits :)

    very neat DIY,went to the site,tho's canisters are not that badly priced,might be doing the same DIY.thanks for the pic's.

    The inside chamber that pushes the water down to the bottom then the water rises.. That took me ages to perfect and make sure its round alot of hit and miss. Then all the plumbing and connections etc.

    They awesome canisters!

    Normal 20mm conduit fits perfectly inside the lid as the tube. What size peipe did you use?

    Yep thats what i used. 20mm.

    I bought myself a Halia 1000l/h pump but i'm regulating it. I'm going to put the other canister in and use carbon with it.

    This should be great! So will be doing this soon!
