I recently acquired a pair of Amphiprion Ocellaris .
The male has eaten the food provided, but the female will not even look at it.

She does not seem to be losing weight or getting weaker, should I be worried and is there anything I can do to encourage her to eat.

Hi Dolphin, what are you feeding them?
You could look at mixing a little garlic with the food, or try the Omega First Food which has and appetite enhancer (whatever that might be for fish :p) but its seems to work for me

I noticed with mine it took a few days for them to get used to Omega one flakes. Probably fed something else at the LFS

Hi Dolphinfriendly,

Are you positive it's a pair? Is the male not maybe bullying her?

Yes, I'm 100% positive its a pair, the male is half her size and displays submissive behavior towards her, they never leave each others side and i have never seen them fight.
