    NO3 is very high.
How often do you do water changes?
    What filteration/skimmer do you have?
PO4 is also a bit high.

There are a lot of ways to control these things but it is best to find the problem first.

The water is a month old i have done one change in the 4 weeks where i added 15lt fresh sea water.
Skimmer is the one it comes with lol i checked its a Boyu Skimmer  made in Feb 2011 but nothing else on it.
Yes PO4 was higher and the corrals wwere not opening as big as when i got them so i put in 30ml of OrganicAqua General Treatment and it dropped by half , every thing opened the following day and look so much more happy

    Is it a TL550?

You can try do more regular changes I do about 15% change on my boyu weekly.
The problem is the tank is still cycling, one way to help this is to add some bacteria. There are a few brands that make bacteria cultures to boost the tanks cycle.
Also try removing the bio balls and ceramic ring if they are still in the back as they can cause a nitrate problem, just don't remove them all at one time.
There are a few nitrate removale media out there, I am currently using brightwells xport NO3 and it is working really well.
Also a lot of phosphate removale media, maybe try something called phosgaurd.

Are you rinsing the sponge/changing the filter floss regularly?

Wow totally different tank! The puffer is gorgeous. the lionfish probably said to the puffer." What does this button do?! " and pressed a spot on the puffers face. hence no lionfish. puffer probably enjoys food with a bit of bite!
